Acceptable Use Policy

Effective June 7, 2026

Use of the Platform is conditioned on compliance with this Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP"). Violations may result in immediate listing removal, account suspension or termination, transaction reversal, forfeiture of accrued fees, and referral to law enforcement.

  • No Fraud or Misrepresentation

    Do not list assets you do not own, fabricate metrics, inflate streams, or misrepresent splits, encumbrances, or contractual obligations.

  • No Sanctioned-Party Transactions

    Do not list, bid, fund, or close with any party located in or organized under a comprehensively sanctioned jurisdiction or appearing on OFAC, UN, EU, or UK sanctions lists.

  • No Money Laundering

    Do not use Exit Stage to layer, integrate, or place proceeds of unlawful activity. Source-of-funds documentation may be required at any time.

  • No Circumvention

    Do not move negotiations off-platform to avoid fees, harvest contact details, or solicit users for off-platform transactions.

  • No Infringement

    Do not upload material that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, or privacy rights of any third party. Sample-clearance and split disclosures are mandatory.

  • No Harassment or Hate Speech

    Do not threaten, harass, dox, or target users based on race, religion, national origin, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristic.

  • No Malware or Security Abuse

    Do not upload malicious code, scrape at industrial scale, attempt unauthorized access, probe authentication systems, or interfere with platform integrity.

  • No Minors

    All users must be at least 18 years old. Assets relating to minor performers require special legal review and may be refused.

  • No Deepfakes Without Consent

    Do not upload AI-generated voice, image, or likeness content of any real person without documented consent.

Reports of AUP violations: abuse@exitstage.example. Exit Stage cooperates with valid legal process and may preserve and disclose information when legally required.
